High temperature rotating bellows seal is a mechanical seal designed to provide reliable sealing performance under high temperature conditions. HW series balanced metal bellows seals aim to provide excellent long-term equipment reliability and reduce energy consumption. HW series all metal components are designed to withstand high temperatures without affecting performance, including heat treated AM350 or Alloy 718 bellows, low expansion alloy sealing surface retainers, and 316 stainless steel wheels and casings.

HW606 is a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant rotating corrugated pipe component that uses unique technology and features corrosion-resistant welded metal bellows. It also can be made entirely of Inconel material. It can reliably seal fluids in harsh high-temperature corrosive environments and provide excellent sealing surface stability at high temperatures. This all Inconel material seal is very suitable for applications containing organic acids (naphthenic acids) and sulfur compounds that attack most other alloys at high temperatures.
